It was my pleasure to kick-off the 2015 East Lansing Emerging Leaders Program last night at the East Lansing Hannah Community Center. ELELP is a six-week course in civic engagement. Participants will hone leadership and public service skills by learning about a variety of topics with courses taught by a range of local business, community and government leaders. Welcome Class of 2015!
