Ryan Irvin, Founder/Partner
Ryan started Michigan Blueprint Strategies after years of experience in a vast array of political work with numerous organizations including campaign strategy, organizing, communications, targeting, social media management, analytics, and online advertising. After almost four years with President Obama's political organization and campaign, Ryan started the company because he saw a need to help organizations bridge the gap between communications, analytics, advertising, and social media. He is a strong believer that a strategic blueprint for success can help campaigns and organizations save money and win more often.

Elizabeth Battiste, Director of Digital Strategy
Elizabeth joins Michigan Blueprint Strategies with over five years of social media management experience for various organizations. Previously serving as the Digital Director for the Michigan State AFL-CIO, Elizabeth specializes in all things social media, content creation, writing, and design and has helped train dozens of workers, leaders, and organizations on social media best practices.
Her favorite phrase is, "What can I do to help?"
